Will Home Biz Owners Be Affected by Decreased Social Security in 2010?

Social Security checks or deposits may be lower for some recipients in 2010, according to reports.  There will be no cost of living increase, yet perscription and possibly Medicare premiums (deducted from some recipients’ checks) will increase, resulting in a net loss.  Will this affect you?
It could in several ways:

If you receive Social Security and depend on it for part of your living, you will have less. Thus, you will have to be more profitable in your business or find ways to increase your business.
If your customers/clients receive Social Security, they will have less to spend.
