As I read Darlene McDaniel’s post, “Unstoppable People Don’t Believe in Failure,” at Interview Chatter, I realized this is one of the characteristics the winners of the Jump Start Your Business contest seemed to exhibit.  They’re unstoppable.  Their submissions indicated a belief in their business and their ability to make it work.  
I have the feeling that if they encounter bumps in the road, they will keep on going.

Aime Stewart, owner of Cutie Pies, has been selected the Grand Prize Winner of the b5media Business Channel’s Jump Start Your Business contest.  Her business features individual single serving pies for people who don’t need a whole pie.  Aime’s goal is to expand  into more retail outlets and restaurants.
First runner up is Emilie Shoop who is developing a unique online fitness business, Shoop Fitness.  It focuses on the already fit woman who is getting ready for childbirth and after childbirth.
