Use Scrapbooking Techniques for Your Home Business Portfolio

Generally we think of making scrapbooks to hold family memories and photos. We even teach classes to help others develop various types of scrapbooks.
However, you can utilize scrapbooking techniques for business portfolios. Also, you can assemble these “portfolios” online, or scan into your computer, for viewing online (at your blog or web site) by potential customers. I’ve used these techniques for two of my home businesses.

Planning a Portfolio for Your Home Business

Portfolios, either as a scrapbook/photo album type or a DVD (perhaps both), aid greatly in describing your business and showing clients what you have available. Also, on your blog or web site, you can put together descriptions and photos.
Whichever you use, you’ll find this helps your client visualize what you can do for them.
Include:
Photos of what you can do or have done.
Photos of satisfied customers/clients’ purchases.
Testimonies, both written and verbal, from your customers.
Photos of what you have available.
