Apparently the appeal of home business is great. Since I once edited a regional publication and have written for many over the years, I can’t resist picking them up wherever I go. As I browse through them, I see many home businesses mentioned, often very unique ones.
Here are some I found mentioned in one regional publication, Upper Valley Life. Some of these businesses started out as a small one operating out of the home and now may have expanded. Others have remained a one or two-person operation.
