We’re generally advised to take an occasional break to be most productive, rather than working endlessly at a task.  However, glen at Life Dev suggests we prepare for the task we’ll be doing after the break, or the portion of the task we’ll be continuing, before we take that break.
“Instead of finishing a task,  taking your well deserved break, and coming back to a completely new task [or the portion remaining], try this:  Set up your materials set up your materials needed for the next task before you go on your break.”  Then he gives examples.

“That’s fine and good…blogging to promote your business,”  you might say.  “But where do I find the time?  I’m right out straight running my home business and producing items for it.”
