If they help out in your home business in the lead up to Christmas you may choose to give them some pocket money or buy them something in return.
Of course, not everyone believes in pocket money, and not all tasks may need to be paid.

However, Christmas is a time when kids are looking for some extra money to buy gifts, so pocket money or a small payment for chores may be the answer. It’s a good chance to discuss the value of money, and develop the basis for saving money.
Money As Christmas Gifts
They may receive money as Christmas gifts, often from relatives, so this can help build their bank balance. It also helps them with goal setting, a life skill as well as a business skill for budding young entrepreneurs
