Copyright infringement and plagiarism have become prominent issues on the Internet these days. Much of this occurs because bloggers and business owners, who have not been active in the writing world before, have little knowledge of what constitutes copyright infringement.
I’ve even had writers, in a class I was teaching, express surprise because everything on the Internet wasn’t public domain. You also have the problem of copyright laws in different countries.

I’ve been exploring how Twitter could be used as a business tool. It’s been interesting learning from others and observing how they use it too. Laura Spencer of Business and Blogging and Work From Home Momma has been using Twitter as a research tool.

Liz Fuller, at Business and Blogging, has written a very informative post, Free E-books for Small Business Owners!! She describes how Hewlett-Packard put together and published these e-books with great information from business bloggers.
Each e-book is comprised of three articles from small business blogs. My personal favorite is the Marketing book which has good things to say about blogging among other marketing techniques.
