eBay Can Be A Lucrative Home Business - Meet Suzanne Wells

by Yvonne Russell on October 22nd, 2008

eBay can be a hobby, supplement your income or be a full time home business.

Suzanne Wells has built a very successful home business as an eBay shop owner. She writes the interesting and informative eShop Owner Blog here at b5 media.

Whether you’re a beginner with eBay or an experienced shop owner, you can learn a lot from Suzanne’s blog. She has sold over 15, 000 items on eBay since 2003.

Suzanne says

eBay is a great fit for stay-at-home or work-at-home moms, since Moms in general love the idea because their kids are constantly outgrowing clothes and toys, and eBay gives them a way to recoup some of the expense of those items.

I actually wrote a book to help other moms make money on eBayThe Stay-at-Home Mom’s Guide to Successful eBay Selling.” (Amazon.) I’ve since realized that eBay is also a great fit for retirees, college students, and anyone who wants to add another stream of income to the household.

I’ve also created a free forum for eBay sellers, video tutorials, podcasts a resource library, and a collection of eBay How-To articles to help you on the road to eBay success.

Most everyone has “stuff” in their homes that can be sold on eBay for a profit. The problem is that many people are not aware of what they can sell, what types of items are profitable, or they are intimidated by the eBay process in general. This blog will help you get started.

Learn more from Suzanne Wells about ebay at the eShop Owner Blog or at her site - eBay Selling Coach and check out her HOT LISTS. They’re great!

I got my start making money online by selling beef jerky on eBay. ;) We had the Oberto factory outlet in my town.

I learned that you can save yourself a lot of work by selling the same kinds of products over and over again, so you can just recycled the pictures and descriptions instead of having to do it all from scratch for each listing.

This makes good sense Lindsay, and means you can specialize and buy in bulk. Thanks for dropping by.
