It Looks Like Christmas At My Home & Business in NH

Ground covered with a foot of snow in New Hampshire (USA), trees coated white, too, colored lights around the town, and carols playing wherever we go means “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas” at our home and business.
Tonight as we drove home from Christmas Eve service, there was a large moon and multitude of stars.

So often it’s difficult to stay on track with healthy eating during the holiday season. What we eat may affect how we feel and thus how we deal with our customers, with stress, and with our family.
