Just would love to have a copy as I am WRITER at heart but not in practise. I don’t want to bore people I want to inspire them. 10 easy steps that sounds great! If I can reach more people with fun and inspiring content, then I can help others which is my passion.

I literally just began my graduate program through AAU in Advertising the first week of September and the content we’re covering in classes ranges from copywriting, ad campaigns, brand re-designs, etc. The courses are intense, fast paced, but have awesome content and projects we’re continuously working on. I’m sure I could learn a lot from your book and put it to use for course work and in the profession itself….I’ll cross my fingers and wait for an email saying I’ve won :)

I’m a big of Susan and although I’m not a writer by trade, I do have a renewed respect for copywriters. It would be nice to be able to write a bit on my own without sounding like a total fool.

For starters… I run marketing for some small web based companies. Being with ’small’ web companies, I am constantly are looking to find highly skilled copywriters who can ‘get’ how I write…. after many failed attempts I have realized that it is time for me to just suck it up and learn how to write copy…. Typically I can write in a comprehensible way…. but the length of time it takes me to produce something publishable is ridiculous! So much so, that I drown every time! (letting everything else on my plate back up) (you don’t want to know how long this post is taking :) So I am excited to sit down with a book that can hopefully help me learn what I have to, in order to get all the content out on our sites! (And hopefully make the sales it takes to no longer be doing it! :)

I recently transitioned from public school teacher to online editor to web content strategist for one of my new company’s newest web properties. Despite having taught English for 8 years, I realized during my year as an online editor that my copy writing skills lack something to be desired. As WCS for this new site, meaningful, insightful, contemporary copy is absolutely essential, and quite honestly, I could really use some practical, solid input on the matter.

I make my living online selling various quality no scam affiliate products and services and also sell on eBay. I find most copy I am provided to be rather wordy to the point of boring. With the short attention span and get to the point internet culture I could use the help making sales copy pithy and to the point and at the same time exciting enough to make the reader take action.

I’m the marketing and PR director at a community theatre. I had a couple of writing classes in college, and I worked as a TV news producer/writer for seven years, but there’s a big difference between writing for facts alone and writing to sell.
