How Are You Branding Yourself & Your Business?

With all the talk about branding and creating an image for yourself and your business, consider how you’re representing yourself on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.  This also applies to a blog you establish, either a personal one available to the public, or a business blog.
When I see all the personal information people write there on social media and photos they post, I wonder if they realize how they appear to others.  Perhaps they don’t care.  But those words and photos could follow them for years.
Do your words and photos portray you as want the public to view you as a …read more

Do You Know What Your Customers Are Saying About Your Business?

There’s a lesson to be learned about customer service from Twitter’s recent outages. Have you discovered Twitter yet?
Despite the current issues, I highly recommend it. At first I didn’t “get” Twitter, but I’ve had a change of heart.
I’m a big fan of Twitter for business and for communication. I’ve found Twitter great as a microblogging business tool, for research as well as for sharing ideas.
Twitter is growing, and maybe too quickly. It’s a victim of its own success with a huge number of users. Lately, Twitter has been flipping out and unable to manage the load. With a strong fan …read more

She posed questions (tweets) in the Twitter conversation thread about co-working, the drawbacks of working at home and the benefits of working at home over a number of days.
As Laura is a regular member of the Twitter community, she received some great feedback. The Twitter feedback (or tweets) made their way into some enlightening and interesting posts …read more

So, I’ve been doing a bit more research.  I should register and then share with you my experiences.
